nice piece, casting good, flat at gasket side ....no voids or pits however? machine polish was scratchy and dull, so I re-sanded 6 grits up to 2000 grit and about 6 hours of work, but came out like a jewel, like a mirror!

The Alternator arrived in good condition although packaging was damaged it was shipped in its original box with no other cover or in an additional box. It was as described and shipped soon after the order was placed. Not installed yet so unable to determine if it functions correctly. I have no reason to believe that it will not.
